Ms. Kyra is my People Dynamics in Malaysian Organizations module's (UCM60303U3) lecturer. This module is aimed to provide a comprehensive theoretical framework related to organizational behaviour from the individual, group and organizational perspectives so that students can appreciate a better way of working with and managing people in organizational settings. This will enhance their understanding on the importance of human dynamics so as to improve their work relationships and productivity at workplace in Malaysian context.

Go to the end of this module, I'm able to:

Explain the impacts of organizational behaviour on individuals, groups and organization.
Apply appropriate organizational behaviour concepts into various organizational situations.
Assess current organizational behaviour issues in various types of businesses.
Demonstrate ability to comprehend organizational behaviour concepts and theories in addressing individual and group behaviour in organizations in Malaysian context.

We work in a group of 4 members whereby the group is required to choose one organization as given and create a poster. We had chosen "Dutch Lady Industries Sdn. Bhd. We were requested to answer all the questions on the poster. Contents are shown below:

Background of the organization.
Describe the TWO (2) factor theory motivation that are found in the organization.
Explain any TWO (2) ways to improve communication in the organization.
Describe THREE (3) ways of creating effective leaders in the organization.
Analyse the impacts of the communication and motivation on the performance of the organisation.
