Ms. Shoba is my introduction to law module's lecturer. The introduction to law (LAW63704) module includes Malaysian Legal System, Contract Law & Tort Law. I've learnt a lot through this module. The study of law can protect a Quantity Surveyor legally.

 

By the study of law, QS profession provides the parties involved in construction advice and services associated with procurement. QS requires quite a substantial knowledge of various disciplines of law to meet the clients' expectation of the service offered by QS. In addition, the study of law can help a Quantity Surveyor to improve their expertise.
